Naturally, our professional service applications are likely safer than do-it-yourself approaches.
However, nearly all our interior products are virtually odor-free with no fumes or vapors and we expect no reactions to the products. If you are very prone to allergic reactions, you may consider leaving during interior treatment and for a period of time afterward.
If you have any serious allergic concerns, consult with your physician before service. We can provide your doctor with any product information he may request.
An exception is flea or tick treatments. People and pets must vacate before our interior treatment to floors and not return for 2½ - 3 hours until the floors are completely dry.
We select only water based liquids that do not stain anything water alone would not stain.
Termites, wood destroying pests, flying insects and some other pests require different specialized treatment available for a separate fee.
An occasional pest may be chased in by weather or from nearby woods but usually terminates quickly from picking up treatment outside. Of course, we cannot guarantee pests from flying into your home. Or hitch-hiking in on groceries.

All pests have gestation periods or hatch cycles to complete so some understanding and patience is required during the initial elimination process.
Roach Control: Even if you initially have a severe and scattered cockroach infestation, you will see dramatic reduction in just a few days. However, there will be a lot of eggs yet to hatch and cycle out. This could mean 2-4 services every 30 days until the problem is eliminated. Still, you will be impressed with the progress of the treatments as the activity continues to diminish and totally disappear. A regular service plan will help prevent future infestations.
Flea Control and tick treatment usually requires two visits about 14 days apart to clean up the hatch cycle. Effective results are dependent on customer co-operation to clear the floors and vacuum to prep for a thorough floor treatment. And dogs/cats must be treated with an effective flea/tick product such as Frontline or Advantage. Back yard treatment is usually recommended. So, it’s 3 essential steps - inside, outside and pet treatment.
Ant Control: Many initial ant problems can be greatly reduced or eliminated with the first visit. However, some ant species such a Pharoah ants may be scattered throughout a home due to repellent treatments by the homeowner or an inexperienced exterminator. The solution is targeted non-repellent no-odor sprays/baits applied 30 days apart.
Carpenter Ants (sometimes confused with termites) are a wood destroying pest that can establish a satellite nest in your home while maintaining connection with a parent nest outdoors up to 100 yards away. Effective treatment involves application of a special non-repellent spray outdoors which has a transfer effect. Two treatments 14-30 days apart are highly effective and guaranteed.
Pest guarantees will take effect after the pest gestation or hatch cycle is completed. In general, with light to moderate initial activity, the guarantee begins right after the second visit in approx. 30 days. Bed bugs and severe pest infestations may require more time and visits before guarantee applies.
